Review on ASUS B450M PLUS Motherboard Flashback Cancelling by Mahmut Ojeda

I've always bought ASUS products, from graphics cards to motherboards. I was very happy with the quality of the product and the features it offers. BUT . Support ends up being crap. Absolutely the worst support I've ever experienced. God forbid you have to call for help with your motherboard. IT staff WILL BE OUTSOURCED and read from the script. My motherboard installed fine, no email issues, but Windows 7 won't install. Keyboard and mouse stopped working after entering Windows 7 setup. Calling ASUS and wasting HOURS on the phone without knowing why you are having this issue. They promised to address the issue and they will call me back to help me resolve the issue. No phone call or letter came. Two weeks have passed! They even offered to return the motherboard for another one. Unbelievable! A quick Google search gave me the answer: the motherboard (and most modern ones) just doesn't support Windows 7 anymore. (No wonder, since support for Windows 7 has ended). Installed Windows 10 Boot without problems. Why didn't ASUS support know about this?! They insisted it was a bad motherboard. This is no joke! You won't get much help from this technician who is so incompetent with his own product! It's just sad! This poor service was worth the 2 stars from their review. Trust the product but not the support team. FIX THE SERVICE, ASUS! IT IS TERRIBLE!
