In less than half an hour, the installation of this piece of junk, as damn slow and easy to use as a wet paper bag on a doorknob, began twirling around looking for updates, looking for Mr. Goodbar, and everything else in between! When this technological marvel was brought back, we had to deal with inept Revain reps who are extremely effective at disappointing customers but couldn't solve their problems. I'm sick of dealing with this crowd and their bullshit and now I'm doing business elsewhere!

I'm trying to get it back. WAITING FOR A RETURN. This is NOT a 2022 Asus. This is a 2020 Asus. Mine obviously arrived used judging by the way it was packaged and the fact that someone else had programs on it. I started a refund for this because I paid for a NEW PC with Windows 11 HOME, not Windows 11 in S mode, and it actually works in S mode. The most annoying part is the yellow Enter key (which also gives away the fact (that this is NOT a 2022 model as they do NOT have a yellow enter button.)

I used this laptop for school for 3 months. That's a great deal for a college laptop. Battery lasts all day, easy to set up, works pretty fast. It was a bit slow before I started using it heavily, but now it works great.

It looks better in the pictures and the ads were a bit misleading to the average buyer. Everything is ok for the price. When you give it to someone as their first laptop for easy use.

It might not be the fastest, fanciest, biggest or best, but it works for a second computer for Facebook, web surfing, etc. So far so good, no issues, didn't notice any external damage and looked brand new. So far I'm satisfied, should there be any problems in the future, I'll unsubscribe.

I have nothing installed on this computer. After 3 weeks it is completely unusable. I can't even download Google Chrome it's so slow. What a scam.

Household and business use. Problem. NumberPad hasn't turned on since I got it. It's not really necessary, but it would be nice to have. Windows unlocked to install Google! Amazing little machine. Except for the problem with NumberPad.

Why is this laptop so slow? Everything is so super slow. The ASUS 2022 model is a worthy laptop. Not the one who eats so slowly.

I am very disappointed in this laptop. It's nothing more than an oversized smartphone that doesn't fit in a pocket. Yes, the color is beautiful and that's just a small reason I bought it. It runs right out of the box on Windows 11 S, which means you risk running your PC slow if you decide to turn it off. so I can't even install Chrome! Yes, it runs smoothly, but I don't appreciate having to sacrifice smoothness for a browser I really like! Not to mention I paid close to $300 for just under 60GB

I honestly bought it for the price although I was skeptical based on the reviews and the only other budget laptops are HP and I've never had good experiences with them. The first thing I noticed is that the trackpad has stopped working and you have to restart the entire laptop to see it, but after locking the screen it goes away. Being Windows 11 it is also very slow and takes about 2 minutes for Google to load. The speakers are also very muffled since they are on the bottom. I would not buy…

The computer works flawlessly when it comes to using data such as spreadsheets and correspondence. It's very slow and not what you need when making videos for work or school. I'm just saying I won't buy it again.

I liked the screen quality and the battery life. I haven't used the camera yet. I think the computer speaker volume can be improved to play louder. Also, I love my computer!

I received it today and it was obviously used. In the information was the login of another person. I called Asus and they said call Revain. Send back. I will buy HP

It was exactly what I was looking for. I ordered a 320GB laptop in rose gold. The speeds are ok, most people don't realize that 4GB of RAM can do so much. I bought it for school and because it came with 1 year Microsoft Office 365 which was an amazing addition. Overall I am very satisfied. By the way, if it's slow, it could be because you took Windows 11 out of "S" mode. I don't recommend this if you want your laptop to run smoothly.

A good cheap laptop but it has this calculator in front of it that turns on without prompting and starts typing numbers but even if you turn it off parts of sentences can jump around, I have to edit all the time if I type a lot. I think it's a driver issue, but I've already reinstalled all the drivers and it's still confusing the input. It also gets very hot and expires after an hour or two. There is no SD card slot, you need an external card reader.

Don't turn on now. There were zigzag colors on the screen. Don't even turn it on. I'll try another idea. Please return the money. thanks

So dissatisfied with this laptop. It was written as 500+ Gb and only has 50. Barely enough for the system. Incredibly slow! You cannot set a password for this laptop. Says there was an error, then "offers help" and then nothing. I can't return it because I can't find the packaging anymore. My advice: open the box immediately. Yes, I regret buying this piece of junk! I do not recommend this item. And no, I will not leave him.
