Works well but not with Adobe Illustrator

The pen looks and feels like a more expensive pen. It works fine with my Asus Q504. My problem is that while the description says it has 1000+ levels of pressure sensitivity (works with auto notepad), it doesn't work with Adobe Illustrator. I tried playing around with the settings to get a brush with pressure levels, it didn't work, it behaved like I was using a mouse and not a pen. Sometimes it's buggy, but not by much. The pen works great with Windows ink and is a really good deal at this…

Amazing customer service

I bought this particular pen because of the price, it was very cheap compared to others on the market but still did the same job. Unfortunately, the pen only lasted a month before dying. I even replaced the battery, thinking maybe it was because you can't turn off the pen; but in vain. I contacted customer service and they responded within 24 hours.
