You cannot save monitor settings in the OSD. If you want to go into the OSD and change individual settings every time you do a different task, then this monitor is for you. /FROM

I've had the monitor for 6 months, it worked and looked fantastic. Suddenly, the buttons that control the On-Screen Display (OSD) started acting up. The key lock function activates by itself and as I show in the video the OSD activates if I don't even touch the keys! I contacted ASUS and crossed my fingers if their *infamous* repair center would fix my device or send me a device with dead pixels or some other issue. Please just don't worry and stay away from ASUS.

So far... Pros: I've only played two games so far, but from first impressions it's out of the box, I'll do some color tweaking, but R6 Siege works great, as does Destiny 2. Can't. A monitor in this price range shouldn't suffer from such a basic problem - color banding, black distortion. Although I spent hours trying to figure out why the picture quality was so bad and called the manufacturer, it just sucks. The manufacturer told me to "send it in for repairs" but it's not broken, it's just bad out of the box. I am disappointed and will send it back.

I am very disappointed that the $900 premium monitor has dead pixels. Asus really needs to improve its quality control. In addition to dead pixels, the monitor displays films and games perfectly. The high refresh rate is breathtaking in competitive shooters such as CSGO and Valorant. I'm ordering a new replacement for the same monitor, hopefully this new one doesn't have dead pixels.

I never thought that a dedicated G-Sync module would have such a big impact on smoothness. I can't even go back to my G-Sync compatible 270Hz monitor. 30Hz is negligible.

This is the best 1440p 240Hz monitor you can buy. Heck, this is the best 1440p monitor, period.
