so initially nothing works only 2ch stereo playback weird buzzing in some web browsers i can only get the virtual surround sound to work what i am watching or listening to. And when I boot it sounds like a mechanical relay switch. lol. i will return it I have no idea what happened. I bought this card about 2 weeks ago and sent it back to exchange for the Soundblaster. Below I explain why. The card itself is good. As far as I know the sound quality is good and I like the aesthetics. The only thing I have regarding the looks is that the connectors for the connectors are all the same color. I have had Sound Blaster Z and X AE-5 series sound cards for a long time. This confuses her. Mainly because the software isn't complete junk and actually works.
