The perfect all-in-one laptop for the power user or engineer

Ok pay a dollar it's perfect, you get everything you need and even some of it. The display, although not 4k, can easily be upscaled to a monitor or TV, I do both. I really like it and have used it for pretty much everything: video editing, CAD work, school work of all kinds, games, movies and music players. I check all my recordings with a 4k screen. It's also not scary to travel since I'm a lot

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Frequency

Battery failed - Asus offered no help. Do not buy

I have bought PCs from Asus before and they make good products but their tech support sucks. This PC had battery issues for the first two months. 1 hour lifespan on a full charge. Asus needed me to send the whole computer in for repair - about 2 weeks. This is my work computer and this cannot happen. Looks like I'll have to buy a replacement battery. so much for the guarantee. The PC is very, very good. I would only suggest avoiding the Asus brand altogether.

Blue Screen of Death

I have had this laptop for less than two weeks and it has already restarted twice (see Blue Screen of Death). One error was page_fault_in_nonpaged_area and I didn't write down the other. I'm still very unhappy with the quality of this $4,000 laptop. My 10 year old MacBook Pro has only had three bugs in its entire life. How can I trust your product to meet my rendering needs for years to come if it can't do it in less than two weeks?

ASUS = terrible customer service

My ASUS 700G3T is replacing an old ASUS laptop I've owned for years, so I ordered it expecting a certain level of quality, especially when buying a $3000 laptop. So far everything is fine with the computer, but the power supply is of poor quality. It comes in two parts, like many of them, where you connect the end of the cable to the charging box. There is about 1mm of play in this connection and I only have to move the adapter to loosen the connection between the two parts, although at first…

Pros
  • Multiple competitors
Cons
  • unreliable

Works very well, did not live up to expectations.

I was looking for a laptop to work and play on the go. I preferred to get the latest model but due to the pandemic there is a lack of chips, scalpers and cryptominers. I couldn't get what I really wanted, Zephyrus Duo 15 with 4k display and rtx 3080. But it's just as good for what I need, capable of running any demanding triple-A game in 4k at 30fps or more . But 60 is this little guy's refresh rate. I recommend it to anyone who wants to work and play on a laptop.

Pros
  • Fits many
Cons
  • shape optional
