Shortly after I started working from home, I decided to upgrade one of my displays. My old displays were fine, but after sitting in front of them for a few hours, I needed a hockey puck-sized aspirin. On this monitor, eye strain does not bother. The only issue I have with this guy is the placement of the user controls, it's awkward to get onto the back of such a large display. But once you set everything up, it's a truly wonderful experience to sit in front of this display every day.

Great monitor, now I have 2 of these! It gets really bright with HDR content and has great colors. That would be 5 stars, but the monitor struggles with waking from sleep mode and automatically switching inputs to an active input after signal loss. I have to switch inputs manually after turning off my work laptop even though my personal desktop is already logged in and sending a display signal. Everything about this monitor is perfect EXCEPT one major flaw. This monitor has very noticeable ghosting, and when you play very demanding games in particularly dark environments, the ghosting becomes unbearable. It ruins the game for you.

Before that I had a new LG 34GP83a which worked for about 2 hours and then flashed the screen every 30-40 seconds even with no source. Instead of a replacement, I decided to save a few bucks and go with Asus, which I'm very happy about. The Asus has been flawless for days and the colors look great even though the LG was 10-bit.

I've been using for about a year. Great for gaming if you have an entrance. When my work computer and my PC are connected, only one is recognized at a time. Switching between them is an awkward mess because I have to disconnect and reconnect until it decides to display a signal for what I'm trying to use. A bit silly considering this thing has 4 video inputs and isn't exactly cheap.

The monitor is good for its price range. It took me a while to tweak all the display settings to get good color/brightness/contrast but in the end everything looks fine now. There are several presets that you can select and customize to your liking. Do not buy this monitor if you intend to use G-Sync. You will most likely get flickering and green/red artifacts. Upgrading from a 5 year old 27 inch monitor is a real godsend. I cannot express how impressed I am with this monitor. No halo issues, vibrant colors, very bright and easy to set up and customize to your liking.

Bought this as a gift for someone. I'm thrilled with the value for money. It's hard to say it's value for money, but it sure is. On par with the Alienware Ultra Wide Screen (DW18). Once you use an ultra-wide display with a high refresh rate, it's very difficult to go back to anything else. It takes a few days to get used to the wide screen and curve. But when you do it... Amazing.

Easy installation, great picture quality, and additional USB, HDMI, and other ports allow you to use all four video ports. Very happy with the purchase. These monitors are more expensive but I think they are worth it.

I've been watching 30+ inch monitors for a couple of years, settled on the 34 inch VG34VQL1B and am totally impressed. Should have gotten it 2 years ago. I was a bit nervous when the large unpadded Revain box arrived with an ASUS box inside, but there was no damage and I was up and running within 15 minutes.

Just got it, set up was a breeze. The menu buttons were also very comfortable. I usually play World of Warcraft and it looks absolutely amazing. I am very happy with this purchase and am delighted with the quality for the price.

Huge compared to my normal 27″! The 34 inch ultra wide screen works great and has great picture quality! Would recommend 1440p ultrawide best all round.

I work as a manager and this monitor saved my sanity. Less cable clutter, less installation effort, excellent visibility and ease of use. Gaming isn't a problem since I'm playing in borderless windowed mode.

The picture is good for games, but after a while it shows different colors and stutters in high-resolution games. Can't work well at full capacity. buy additional speakers. Don't rely on it as the primary sound source. It's almost inaudible at maximum volume.

After playing for several hours at 165 hertz, lines appeared on the screen from top to bottom. Apparently one of the colors didn't work. The orange icon shows these lines in red. Tried different DP cables, tried on PlayStation. I turned off the monitor to cool down for a while, but to no avail. Packed and sent back.

Excellent monitor deducted 1 star because the speakers are barely audible, headphones are used most of the time but I would use them if they worked but difficult to hear in general.
