The product is good but not the best. On the other hand, the side view is terrible, you should have it right in front of you.

I bought this monitor to use with our karaoke system, the screen sometimes turns off, the touchscreen doesn't work exactly as it should. For a basic touchscreen monitor for everyday use, that would be fine. Price is ok as we bought used from Amazon warehouse so not bad.

I've tried the settings and I'm probably doing something wrong, but the colors are dull. Connected via HDMI and to my laptop.

I just got a Vt168H monitor and didn't receive any instructions. That's why I have to call. I couldn't get the touchscreen to work and adjust the screen brightness. So far I've been on the phone for over 3 hours and tech support is still unable to resolve the issue. You have to wait for the next call and lose more time. I've spoken to Harry/Supr, Kemark and now Akime/Escalation Leader. This is unacceptable! Faulty monitor straight out of the box and worst customer service. I do not recommend…

So far I'm happy with it. I connected it to my laptop and video and touch worked right away. I bought one used - very good condition and I'm glad it arrived like new! I've only been using it for a few hours tonight, so I'll update my post if I run into any issues or concerns.

Do you like endlessly fumbling with your electronics to make sure the power cord is "just right" for the power supply to work? Do you like it when your screen turns off countless times during your work session, endlessly interrupting your workflow? If so, the title of this review may not apply to you.

A good touch monitor for a cheap setup. The touch works very well. The picture is honest. I wish there was USB power. That's my review.

This is the perfect size for a second monitor. My main monitor is much larger and designed for gaming. When playing games etc., I can quickly and easily find the information I need on the touchscreen.

Just received, only used 2 hours but easy to make. Bought to replace another POS touch screen. Has VGA, easy, has USB, easy and power cable is easy. SIMPLY. I'm not a techie, but I did it and it works! Excellent bright screen, not dark and used look. Very nice. Very happy. The staff is very satisfied, much better than the other.

Great product, bought because I didn't know if it would work with my Mac, works great! For those who can't get it to work on their Mac, the monitor comes with 3 cables: HDMI, D-Sub, and an Android-like USB charger. USB goes to the computer. Hope that helps.

My eyes were fried at the screen so I bought this little monitor. It's easy on the eyes, but I haven't figured out how to use the touchscreen. Directions are bad. However, I am happy with my purchase.

Blurry or pixelated images. The colors are so wrong. I tried all combinations of colors, saturation, etc. but nothing worked - either too blue or too warm. Also, the touchscreen only works when plugged into a USB port. But most laptop manufacturers remove the USB sockets, so I can't connect a keyboard, mouse, or display. Very disappointed that it costs $175 and is such poor quality.

I like this product because it's a brand I trust and the price was good. Perfect for my needs. The light weight is amazing.
