Returned to Phones & Accessories

Didn't hang up when I replaced the bracket, didn't fit the wall and was a cheap imitation of the original AT&T Western Electric phones.

Pros
  • GOLS Certified
Cons
  • Almost everything is included

Where's the "quality " these days?

Cellular doesn't work at home, so you need a wired phone. The AT&T name used to stand for good, reliable quality. No longer. The phone is made out of cheap, lightweight plastic and it's a challenge to hear each caller clearly.

Pros
  • So far everything is like
Cons
  • boring packaging

Very bad product Best in Phones & Accessories

I cannot use this phone because the power cord that came with the phone does not fit the sockets. Transparent plastic fasteners that are intended to snap into socket holes are not suitable. I even bought my cable from the store and they don't fit either. The holes on the phones are too small to put a cable through. Don't waste money. Bad product!

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • There are problems

A SMALL PROBLEM in Phones & Accessories

As an elderly man I needed to replace the extension phone in my bedroom. I used to have a princess phone so for the sake of simplicity I decided to use this design again. The color didn't matter. Connecting to the landline was easy. The only problem I had was that the cord that came with the phone and connected the phone to the handset -- the plugs on it were too big - - - so I used the cord from the phone, which I threw away would have. GOOD LONG TERM PHONE

Pros
  • Glitter
Cons
  • Secret

This is a basic cheap wired phone that is PERFECT for my needs.

I live in a 50 year old house where there are still 2 old-fashioned 4-pin rotary phones! One of them is in the bedroom, which I never use. However, the second is in the living room between my bedroom, the bathroom and the computer room that I use all the time. I'm just tired of dealing with it. This phone was the perfect replacement. Note: Although it's designed to be used as a desk phone or wall phone, I think it's much easier to use as a desk phone. I just used a very strong double strap to…

  • A dream come true

  • Negative is available

Don't let the brand name fool you, it doesn't work

Desk phones aren't what they used to be. This phone says AT&T, but the quality is terrible. It should hang on the wall but falls off as there is nothing in the mount to hold it, there is a tongue that needs to be pulled out to the desired length to hold the phone in the mount. But the tab is really close to breaking so you have to be careful. If for some reason you can force the phone to stay in the cradle, you better check your line because your phone line will be busy. The phone doesn't…

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options
