Fantastic Butyl Sealing Tape! There are tons of them and it's a great price! Saved me a lot than going to Home Depot. Try it, you won't be disappointed!

Works well but color is not white

The product page says 'white' and even the packaging but it is a medium dark grey. This will work fine, but not what I ordered.

Works well and easy to use!

We used this to patch some holes in the subfloor leading to the floor of the house before installing the new floor. It was easy to use and worked well. I would recommend it!

now dry splicing

Great stuff, I use it for splicing ethernet outdoors. Use it freely and cover the whole connection. It will become sticky when heated, also make sure you keep it on the flat side otherwise it will deform the roll.

This is the one you want.

I haven't tried many of these tapes but this one is good and the other one I tried goes straight back to Amazon. This reel is properly boxed with a central "hub" to keep the reel centered in the box and not warp. Buy it.

Careful it's dripping like it's melting

Mounted a windshield on my CanAm next to this crap. The installation went great. This butyl sealant literally melted and dripped onto the dash and destroyed it. I did it in the garage, the temperature of which did not exceed 90 degrees. Now my hands are a mess as it's still dripping and I have to hold an old sheet on the dash to catch the stringers. Unless you live in Alaska, stay away from this product.
