Slowly replacing my entire collection of socks of different lengths and styles with these. I have ordered 2 sets and will probably order 1-2 more and throw away all my old white socks that I have accumulated over the years. I've never worn black socks outside of a professional work environment, but they are thicker and quite comfortable. for everyday use and even for miles on foot.

I immediately noticed that these are not socks with maximum cushioning, the mesh at the top is ok, but the sole is very thin. After taking them all out of the double bags and running them through the laundry, the only thing that stood out about them was the chemical smell that wouldn't wash off. snug and the toe seam was really noticeable and immediately rubbed my toes when I put the shoes on. The material seemed to compress in my shoes and pack my toes so tight it created a crease on the "arch

I ordered these because I wear suede ankle boots all the time in a chairlift. I've worn low cut socks for years but these new ones are great! Heavier than my others and very comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone who wants more than thin, low-cut socks with good support and drier feet.

First, the description says they are 88% cotton. I strongly doubt it. They don't fall like most cotton. Second, one of the socks had a large end of the sock sewn into it, it looks like a ball of thread, which I had to remove. Third, some socks are smaller than others. There is no consistent quality and I hate being tricked into buying it thinking it was mostly cotton. Plastics don't breathe and make your feet stink, and companies try to say they "wick away moisture" when the plastics they use…
