Caution: The phone case may affect the charging process

If there are ridges on the back of the phone case, it may prevent your phone from wireless charging. I have an iPhone 11 Max Pro. I recently bought a bacon case because I like the tabs for a secure fit. The problem is that the phone doesn't charge because the back isn't completely flat. Since my old case is completely flat at the back, it could be charged wirelessly without any problems. Conclusion: Check your case before buying this item.

I don't want anyone wasting their hard earned money!

Against all odds, the clip breaks at the wrong time, the $1,000 phone falls face down. Everything else was said, same and add that the threaded nut was vacuumed and good luck on the reassembly. (Please insert the car wash vacuum cleaner picture above)!

I was worried about that. Do not buy!

Bought mine in December. Firstly, it didn't charge with a case. Second, it started making strange noises in the gears when opening and closing. Now finally after 2 months it has stopped opening and closing normally. And now it's been too long and I don't have all the parts to send it back for a refund. Don't waste money.

Cannot be charged through phone case, must be removed from case to charge, charges well without case

Purchased from another seller. Nice package with motorized hold. The Samsung S20+ also has a relatively thin protective case. Cannot charge with case. Charges well without a case. I wish the outer packaging had pointed out this limitation before purchasing.

It COULD be a great product, but not with a 66% bounce rate.

I bought one for my wife she loves it so I bought one for my car. Complete garbage. Both came from the same source (from Sam) within a week. I opened up the one I bought for myself and when I put the charging pad on the bleed clip the clip broke on the ball just like my wife had 2 pins from the collet. The store I bought it from is across the street so I walked and exchanged it. I opened this up in the car and as I carefully inserted the ball into the socket, one of the pins on the collet…
