Excellent ticketing system , good support services

I love how easy it was for me as an attendee/ticket holder, or even just customer service representative of tickets! The ability in creating different types (ie VIP) seats with custom pricing options can be tricky at times but overall its great software!! There's not much i dont like about this product other than maybe some minor interface issues here & there- nothing major though.- Ticket management has been very beneficial from my point view since we are able create multiple seating charts…

Pros
  • Very simple layout so that anyone could understand easily without prior training..Fast response time..Excellent support services available through email...Ability manage large volume sales within minutes instead hours due quick processing rate especially during peak demand seasons where you need more help managing fast growing audience needs better tools
