The screen was perfect and very easy to replace. However, the most impressive thing about this purchase was the customer service. The first thing we got was the wrong "version". We called them and found out the problem. They immediately emailed a returns label and sent the correct one without waiting for the wrong one to be delivered! Impressive! This allowed us to get to work with minimal downtime.

The laptop screen replacement is easy to make, parts and parts were exactly what they advertised. The replacement instructions are easy to follow. Couldn't be happier.

Our old Acer laptop's factory screen broke. It was a straight fit and the video quality is excellent. I am very happy with the new screen.

Screen works and arrived undamaged. BUT it is not a correct replacement for the exact same part number as the original return. says it's the connection bot on the bottom left, after it installs it's actually the bottom right one.

Replacing the LCD screen on a friend's laptop took about 15 minutes. This screen looks great, was set up correctly, plugged in easily and was very affordable! Not sure if there were any flaws with this purchase - oh and it arrived very quickly! If you want to try your hand at DYI repair, this screen is for you.
