Judging by the picture for so much money I would have expected it to be machined from a block of aluminium. Instead, it looks like a mini aluminum can that's missing the bottom.

It's overpriced for what it is but it does what it's supposed to do. I was disappointed it didn't fit on the spindle like I thought it would. There may be other spirit levels that do the same thing for less money.
