good thread. Used for back side of machine quilting.

Good yarn. Was used to quilt the wrong side of a typewriter and did a good job. Good amount of thread. Used in a conventional sewing machine. I would order again.

Worth the extra money

I've started using Aurifil yarn in my last two quilts. He looks very good. I have no problems with thread breakage or tangling. I will continue to use Aurifil for all my projects.

Aurifil thread is the bomb!

I'm a seamstress and I drank Aurifil Kool-Aid after having problems with Janome machines that used yarn from a traditional craft store. Wow! This step has greatly improved the way the machine sews! who knew Sometimes I had tension issues and just got a nice, smooth, even stitch. This happens when sewing quilting fabrics purchased from Moda, Kaffe, etc. quilt stores. The Aurifil thread immediately affected the smoothness of the sewing machine.
