I'm disappointed in this shredder

I'm disappointed in this shredder. The paper feed slot doesn't feed well and the shredder keeps saying it's full, so I open it and push the papers down until the bag is really full.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons

Cheap and misleading

This grinder is very small. Buttons are cheap and loose. The drawer is very cheap. Far too expensive for this cheap product. Turning lights on and off didn't work. It is stated that it can handle 12 sheets. Can't handle 4 sheets. Find another brand.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Low repairability

The basket's stabilizing clip was broken and loose in the package. The person preparing this for shipment must have heard a rumble in the box. I'll have to buy 2 sheet metal screws 1/4" longer and reattach the clip. It's okay, but I shouldn't have. Quality should be appreciated right there with pride in the craft. Welcome to 21st Century America.

Not recommended. for office electronics

I liked the look and compact dimensions of the paper shredder. However, it often got stuck, even to the point where the reverse function couldn't clear the jam. The maximum number of sheets that could be accepted without jamming was 5-6. Some of the shredded strips were 4-5 inches long since the sheeters didn't always work. It was very loud and the funnel was tiny! I returned it to Revain after using it for less than a month.

Do not buy from Choppers

I paid dearly for this model expecting a quality chopper. Worst of all, the engine sounds like an airplane engine. So you can't do anything else while you're grinding. He's very unstable, when I take out the bin he wants to fall over. He keeps stopping grinding and says he's full. But when you open the trash can, it's barely half full. I have to keep opening the trash can and moving the pieces around to keep it going. I should have read and believed the previous reviews. Spend your money on the

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Big and chunky

Everything is OK. They're torn, but the pieces are pretty big.

It's SMALL! This is very deceptive. The inner grinding container is very small. The size of a gallon of milk. "Cross sections" are larger than we would like. The average cut size is 2 inches long and about 1/4 inch. Too big for my taste. The wheels on the bottom all took about 2 minutes. When you put in the material to be sanded, it rolls. It's such a small device that I still can't understand the purpose of the wheels. Generally vomiting. Time will show the length or service for that device.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Not the best

Works perfectly! for other office equipment

Works great. The only problem is that it turns on regularly and works for hours when nobody at home notices. Turned it on once in the middle of the night, it scared me to death! I'm afraid the engine will burn out if it runs for hours when I'm not at home, so I don't leave it on Auto anymore, I turn it off after every use. I had two and both did the same thing. I would come home from work and find it running (no paper) and hot. The problem with spontaneous switching on and working for several…
