Low profile and great performance

This is the smallest adapter I have and it works almost flawlessly. I have a few more but they are quite bulky. It almost looks like you're not even using the adapter. My only complaint is with one of my headphones: when I push the jack all the way in it seems to ruin the signal because the audio is muted. I'll have to pull the headphone jack out a bit before things clear up. But that was only with one pair and I didn't have others to test. Maybe it was the right couple. Either way, they're…

It does not take long. - Audio and video accessories

It so happened that I only needed one. I've used it probably a dozen times and it's completely fallen apart. It's okay, I have two more. Well, they don't last long, and the internal connections were poor, resulting in left/right static or double pluses with no ground connection. And the same story was with all phones and patches. A little over a year later, all three fell apart. I even put them together and they fall apart again. I rarely connected/disconnected and never twitched or bumped into

Guitar amps use mono jacks

Make sure you have purchased the correct adapters. There are 1/4 stereo jacks and there are mono jacks. If you have a guitar amp, you need a 1/4" stereo headphone jack, not this one. If you have a Behringer stereo amp and/or midi keyboard, buy this. I've seen all sorts of reviews about plugging in 90% adapters so they work in both channels won't work properly or you'll get an unreliable signal or whatever, but they're probably mixing mono devices and stereo jacks. I did too. Take a close look…

Nice but not compatible with 4 pin connectors

Let me first say that this is a good product. Well built and even looks nice. Note, however, that this adapter does not support 4-pin plugs (cable ends with 3 rings), only standard stereo (cable ends with 2 rings). The product description says it works with "standard stereo" but I don't think many people think of that when reading this (I know I didn't) and many headphones today have 4-pin plugs to allow for that they can support built-in microphones (e.g. mobile phones). To clarify, I've…

It's NOT Ratatouille

It's always nice to have 3 of these because they really come in handy. These adapters are well made and are easy to hold. They work like magic. 5 stars for frivolity. Also, if you're the kind of person who leaves 4 stars when a product meets expectations and 5 stars when it "exceeds" expectations in your rating, you're going to another planet. You're an idiot. Your opinion isn't a magic fart of god just like you. Just leave 5 stars if it's everything you hoped for and if it exceeds expectations

  • I won't say anything

6 months = ALL 3 DEFECTIVE!

Six months later all three fell into disrepair. I am very careful when recording/producing and these adapters have been used in normal use. Over time, these adapters began to lose their full connection due to normal wear and tear. You end up having to fiddle with them to get the full sound, resulting in the loss of internal components. 2 out of 3 disassembled due to poor product design. The overall durability doesn't match the high quality products you can get from the competition. That's…

One cracks already

Adapters needed to test some IEMs on my amp which only has a 1/4" input. I noticed that all my adapters are screwed on and don't work. So I bought them and than When I received them they seemed well made and I was excited to test them all but after only two weeks of very light use (never parted with my amp and may have gotten a few inserts) I started to get a crackle to hear and popping. ruined the cable to my IEM. I tried other headphones and then others and they all did the same thing. I…
