Don't buy this vacuum sealer, worst product ever!

I used the product once…. It only worked once! It's not easy to follow the instructions, after one use the machine stopped working... the lid wouldn't close, didn't suck at all! I'm stuck here because it's too late to go back.

Good price, reliable closure, even with mylar bags

My friend suggested replacing my old 20 year old food saver. Works very well, no issues with performance, sealing or vacuuming. Would love to use this product again in the future. The wine storage accessory is a super cool plus. I was able to use something on mylar bags that my old seal couldn't.

Works great... but be sure to close the lid

This is a great addition that saves a lot on groceries. Be careful when closing the lid (it applies equal force on both ends until the latches "click") and when aligning the open end of the pouches along the heating/seal strip...you'll know if you have a solid seal how quickly the air is evacuated...if it is not fully sealed there will be a crease in the seal seam.

Really good food helper

I was a bit skeptical when I first opened the box of this food helper, but it's a really good car. It has all the features I was looking for. I like the pulse setting because I can control the amount of vacuum. This way I don't mash some of my softer foods. Overall the quality is good so far. The problem I have with other manufacturers is that one of the lid locks breaks after about a year. Let's see how the car holds up. I find it a bit overpriced but I still recommend it.

Good kitchen vacuum sealer!

This vacuum sealer is very easy to use and has a really nice, elegant and professional design! There are already 10 pouches in the kit, also we cut off one of the larger pouches with a cutter and made 2 pouches out of it and sealed the other end! It also comes with a tube that can be attached to bottles, canisters, etc. You have to press a little hard to close the clasps on either side, but to me this just ensures it closes firmly and creates an airtight seal. ! Definitely recommend this vacuum

Great inexpensive replacement for my FoodSaver

This is a much smaller countertop profile than my FoodSaver which I am currently replacing with this unit. The Food Saver was much larger because it had built in storage for bag rolls which I will never use again. Ready made bags are so cheap and available now that custom sizing is a hassle. The suction is great and it's really cool to have the "blow" function. We've used it a lot this summer to wrap cotton candy for a school fundraiser, and we were able to inflate the bags before sealing to…

The Ausomm AU-2021 works as advertised. The sealer is easy to use and has some nice features. Although the instructions are not clearly written, the operation of the sealer is quite intuitive and the manual describes the main points clearly. The result with both settings seems the same to me since I can't check the vacuum status.
