Great OBD2 Scanner in Tools & Equipment

So far this is a great scanner. It quickly connected to the car's diagnostics and was easy to use. I like that it has the ability to read engine readings in real time (as opposed to just reading fault codes).

Try it you will love it

My Nissan Armada Platinum had a check engine light last week and I bought it. I hooked up the scanner and the codes turned out to be leak codes. I bought a new gas cap for $15 and she fixed the codes. Excellent investment! I recommend this scanner.

Very useful diagnostic, testing and measuring tool

I really like this scanner, I have used it on F150, Cougar, Trail Blazer, Acadia and Gran Prix. Everything worked out, just a weekend job, but so far so good. Live data and mode 6 is by far the most useful part. UPDATE I bought three of these, two were gifts for friends, everything worked great.

Works well, saves money, but the cheaper non-SRS/ABS version doesn't work as well.

I paid a little more to get the ABS feature this scanner offers. I tried to clear the ABS code on my Lexus and was successful, but the scanner also cleared the traction control calibration which cannot be fixed with this scanner so I was a bit frustrated that I had solved an issue , only to cause another.

Amazing OBD2 Scanner!

Using the Autel AL519 OBD2 scanner for the first time was very easy. Used it to check my 2006 Yukon engine management gauges. A scan found a leak and a replacement part for it cost $10. It was easy to figure out what the problem was and managed to fix the situation without spending a fortune. I'm very happy with the OBD2 scanner and knowing how easy it is to know what's going on gives me peace of mind.

Great purchase 👍👍

So far this is the best investment I have ever made in my car. No more worries when I think that it can fail and how much it will cost me to fix it. I ordered it early in the morning and twelve hours later it was on my doorstep. very easy to use, available in several languages. Thanks to this reader, I know I no longer have to worry I need to replace the gas cap, only 12.74 on Amazon. very happy with my investment

This tool has only caused me problems. In order to use this device in modern vehicles, you need to update the software on it, except you cannot update the software at all. Autel gave me a bad taste in my mouth. I spent hours updating the software. Even followed the instructions in the manual and it didn't help at all. You can not even register this product on Autel website to download the software. Terrible, terribly horrible. Not goodbye
