Works on 2014 GMC Terrain

This worked great on my 2014 GMC Terrain. It takes a while for the vehicle to register a signal, so don't be discouraged, simply swipe the antenna over the rim until the car beeps to confirm it has received the signal.

Best hit for the money

I even gave one of these to my mechanic after he saw mine and how well it works and he loved it, he even said for the price he could buy it for other manufacturers so It can quickly relearn the TPMS system of any car.

Turn off the light, reset the tire position after rotation.

Ideal for reprogramming the TPMS system. I have 3 GM vehicles from 2012 to 2016 and it works fine on all of them. Very easy to use, I recommend this tool to anyone who does maintenance and/or repair work themselves.

Aggravating. However, I did get it to work on my 2018 GMC Yukon Denali. No direction!

TPMS came without instructions! I finally got it working on my 2018 Yukon Denali. FOR THE TPMS SENSOR TO WORK, THE BLACK HANDLE/ANTENNA AT THE TOP OF THE TOOL MUST BE HELD ON THE SIDEWALL OF THE TIRE ON THE VALVE STEM. Very frustrating that there was no note to point out this very important step!

KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid)

The easiest tool to use. One button control. The hardest part was figuring out how to put my car in "learning mode" as the car's manual was wrong (see video). valve stem, press the button and the car horn beeps once, go clockwise to the next and so on until it finishes, the last one beeps twice. I read that someone put a cardboard pad in the battery compartment to prevent the battery from draining when not in use. I found it easier to turn the battery upside down and got the same result…

Worked on my 2014 GMC Sierra

Parking Brake Kit. With the engine off, turn the key to the on position. Scroll through the DIC until the tire pressure screen appears. Press and hold the tick on the right side of the steering wheel until the beep sounds twice. The placement of the retraining tool is crucial. The wireless signal is weak by design, so it doesn't reach other tire monitors prematurely. I've had success by attaching the top of the antenna to the rubber sidewall just behind the valve stem.
