I was looking for an easy to use hair straightener. I am pleasantly surprised with this product, not only is the packaging nice but the palette itself has a pretty sleek design. I need the fact that I can easily straighten and straighten my wavy hair and not have to do too much to achieve this. This is a pretty good investment with a concave and a convex plate. The best part is that you can make big curls too. super functional

I bought this item the day before my family photos. I was so excited to use it; However, when I tried it, it burned the skin on my fingers every time! I HATE this product; It doesn't work even after following the instructions for curling my hair. Very disappointed!</p>

Don't know. Maybe that's how I use it, but I feel like it roasts my hair every time I use it. Yes I apply hair primer every time I add heat but I think if they use a different type of ceramic heating blade it will work wonders. So it's just sitting in my iron drawer that I didn't like.
