🚗 AUTO METER 15023 Gauge Mount Steering Column (2 1/16" Mounting Solutions, Sierra/Silverado 2007-2014) Review

Installed on my NNBS Silverado body. It works and looks good but my steering wheel rubs it :-(. Also the AEM wide range sensor didn't fit without a little trimming of the hole.

fits the pillar perfectly, the only thing that bothers me is that my wideband arm doesn't go all the way in and sticks out so my steering wheel thumps it with every turn. I think some calibers require modification with a dremel.

After a few months I like it, although it does require some scraping of the sensor surface to not work on some sensors. It fits well. I think it's good, but still not perfect. I gave it one more star although it fits quite crudely to be honest and could easily have used a more suitable plastic. You'll need more tape than what's included, which you can get at an auto parts store. Not suitable for others such as aem. Doesn't fit well. Rubbing the wheel. Just cheap and not well made. Get a closet or post office instead. Spent $40 on this junk.

Mounts to existing steering column shroud. I used an air pressure gauge and had to carefully route the piping around it. Wired could be easier. Comes with 2 sided tape but I used Gorilla tape and have used a lot. When installed on my 2011 Sierra it rubbed on the steering wheel so hard cornering was annoying when I heard that creaking sound. It took 3 tries to get it right. The instructions are a bit vague.
