Better than expected.

Very easy to use. Used it on a 36 volt electric golf cart to find cuts in the wiring harness. The wiring harness system was 12 volts. Worked better than expected and saved me a lot of time. I recommend this conductor.

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • Almost never

Works as advertised

My car has a wiring problem. An open somewhere between the fuse box and the gas tank. I'm tired of spending days looking for the problem, following the wires and checking the connectors, fuse, fuse box, etc. Nothing found, no nada. I connected this tool according to the instructions and found a broken wire in the rear wheel arch wiring harness in less than 20 minutes. Protocol. This tool is easy to use and effective.

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Interval

Good but longer cords make it better

Great unit, comes with carrying case. It does what it's supposed to do. The only thing that confuses me is that the cables are very short. I took it apart, desoldered the wires and replaced them with longer silicone covered wires. Now the wires are longer and more flexible. Power adapter so it can run on 120V. All in all a good buy. Even with upgrades, it's still worth the money.

Simple, easy to use.

A simple little device that works. I made some adapters out of old injector plugs for easier access in hard to reach places. Nothing special to test. But a quick fire is great for freeing sticky nozzles when they're submerged in the cleaner. The leads are long enough to stay attached to the battery terminals. It would be more useful (and expensive) if they measured current in milliamps. I cannot rate it as it works as intended and described.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Cannot reset, cable too short

How difficult was it to turn on the reset or power button? Once you press the "Pulse" button, you can no longer change the mode. To switch modes, you need to disconnect the device from the battery and then reconnect it. The wires are so short that you can only use it on a saw :). Plugs are not the right size. So I had to buy an injector connector and make some extra long wires. In the end it worked fine

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • So far so good

Works well. Has some features.

So the actual PWM works perfectly. It was very consistent and helped me diagnose an injector problem. Two problems that seem silly to me. The power connection wires were too short to be usable. To fix this you need to lengthen the wires. The same problem with the connectors of the injectors. You are too short. The terminals are much larger than any fuel injector terminal pin I've ever seen. So you should find a couple of connectors that work and plug them in together with extension cords…

Pros
  • Practical thing
Cons
  • The cable is shorter than with other picks
