You have to move the car to work. TPMS

, I have asked twice for a product replacement because I thought the TPMS was not working. It determines the pressure during installation. However, if you cycle the engine, some sensors will detect pressure and others will not. This is a mistake on my part. I think most TPMS sold need some movement vibration so they know to transmit. A kind of power saving function. HUD and TPMS work great but drives me crazy trying to find a way to hide the wires.

Pretty good and reliable HUD FiringOnMoSTCylinders

If you want a functional, accurate, and highly visible HUD, this is it. It's easy to connect by simply plugging into the OBD2 connector. It takes direct readings from your vehicle on a very clear display. I've tried the ones where you use your phone as a display and they've only come in handy at night. The only negative is TPMS. The caps are awfully big and you can't hold a Psi tire pressure gauge. (I wrote to the company. They said there is one. Politely of course). Once you learn how toโ€ฆ

Does not work with parallel hybrid vehicles (e.g. Prius)

I thought it was a good product. Exactly what I was looking for. I would have kept it if it wasn't for a very unfortunate design decision. The device only works when the engine is running. With a hybrid, the engine is running about half the time on most roads, so the unit shuts off a few seconds after the engine speed drops to zero. Please note that other non-HUD devices such as the Scangauge 2 do not have this behavior and will only turn off when the vehicle is powered off. Based on what I saw
