Not exactly. The instructions can be improved.

I didn't find this tool very useful or accurate. If you have a good battery that's dead, this machine will say it needs to be replaced.

The updated AUTOOL 12V Automatic Battery Load Tester met my needs well.

I tested the battery with this tool (fortunately still in good condition). Then I realized that my starter/solenoid assembly needed to be replaced. Replaced parts and car started right away. I checked the load on the battery and alternator. You checked it. I could have used a $10 multimeter, but I really liked the clips and LED display on the AUTOOL.

It works as described.

I would like you to be able to do some tests like the charging system or others. You must follow the order of attempts or brute force. It's okay, he does what he has to do. After some extensive research on the web, this device and its features were the same as the $55-$70 devices I've seen at Revain. It also had a decent amount of REAL reviews. It works with different battery types and checks the charging system/alternator.

Unreliable gauge for me that said all batteries need to be replaced!

At first it seemed promising, but then from batteries of the past. Period. So, I bought a new battery locally, brought it home for the car, it's also for sale. Period. So I said to charge, waited for the service charge to die and started it again, still a sale! I have two high quality AGM batteries which are brand new in the flagship Alfa and the new Mercedes and the AGM batteries are new and work great too. And also failed the test with this measuring device! But besides that, any car chargerโ€ฆ

A complete and affordable tool for diagnostic analysis of the charging system. (Fantastic)
