How can you beat a tool like this for less than $20? The "Check Engine" light came on on my 2007 Chevy Silverado. I plugged in the reader, got an error code, bought and installed a new oxygen sensor, cleared the code and the light went out. Pretty much if you ask me.

This was a great purchase for me. Did exactly what was said. I checked the codes myself and then went to the body shop to confirm that this was the problem. The garage used their car to check my car and the code matched. I felt a lot better knowing what my emissions problem was before I went to the store. I knew I wasn't going to pay for anything unnecessarily.

I received this product but gave it to someone else without using it. In the first one I got it myself but I didn't have a chance to use it. after this man told me he will do the job as will my loved ones. I get the second one and I have the opportunity to use it twice. may not tell you what reading the code is about. but you can find out. and for the price for home use you get that too. Got two codes, both repaired and check engine light removed. works for me

Anyone who wants to save should have one of these. Most engine gauges refer to a simple emissions-related code. This happens all the time due to a loose gas cap or some other simple problem. The system will show you all the codes and the book will explain what they are. After that, you can decide if you want to bring the car in for service based on the problem. It costs less than 1 trip to the gas station. It has already saved me over $300 on my car.

What can I say. This dam thing works. I told myself about the problem with the car. It was generic and I searched the internet for more help on this issue to make an exact fit but I replaced the O2 sensor with a CAT and the issue was resolved. The check engine light no longer came on. I also bought an O2 sensor from Revain. Great price and fast shipping on both orders. Saved a lot of money on the repair.
