First Red Flag – Items arrived in a box with lids that appeared to be sealed with clear tape. The bottles had no internal seals under the caps (ie tamper evident seals). I buy it as a gift for my daughter. She has multiple autoimmune issues and cannot tolerate harsh chemicals and perfumes. This product works well for her and has a pleasant smell. But that doesn't cause her any problems.

This product dried my hair. Definitely not the conditioner you need if you want to regenerate and strengthen. It smells really great so I used it to shave my legs.

This does not appear to be an original aveda product. It leaves horrible marks on my hair. I've used it for a while so I doubt I can return it but I won't be using it again. Very disappointed.
