Connect FireStick 4K to old TV

My second FireStick 4K didn't play on my old ViewSonic TV HDMI input until I inserted this splitter. Go on... now it works!

very versatile device

I've used it to output HD cameras and switchers and it works great. connected all video output ports on my GPU. I've also used it to double cable box outputs to a second monitor in another room. I have never had any problems with this device and it is well put together.

very versatile block

I've used it to output HD cameras and switchers and it works great. Splitting the stream from my computer to 2 monitors also worked great when I had used up all my video outputs. Ports on my GPU. I've also used this to double my cable box to a second monitor in another room. I have never had any problems with this device and it is well put together.

Dual 4K monitors

I can now duplicate my monitor to work with any of them when I move to a different PC. The size of the HDMI splitter is small and not bulky. It can operate without an additional power supply, but includes a USB cable that can be connected to an existing power source. 4K 3840 x 2160 seems to work just as well as if connected directly without a splitter. So far I am satisfied with the product. and search 4 ways further.

Does not split 4k and keeps 4k quality. Audio signal cannot be divided.

Follow up. After further research I realized that this was not the right product for me. The HDMI splitter does not work to send the audio signal to the receiver. I needed an HDMI audio extractor. This article didn't work for me. I used this on my DirecTV hoping to split one signal to my TV and the other to my receiver. When I used the splitter the video stream dropped from 4k to 1080i. The receiver never received a beep.
