Total Waste: Sports Nutrition Duds

Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice as a professional athlete I can confidently say that this product is a joke. Despite claiming to be beneficial for health and household use, it's done nothing but upset my stomach and provide me with zero hydration during workouts. The only pro is that the taste is tolerable, but that hardly makes up for its lack of effectiveness. Save your money and don't BOTHER with these amino acid duds..

Pros
  • Helps to enhance and maintain hydration during physical activity
Cons
  • Possible negative side effects if used improperly or if an individual has an allergy or sensitivity to any of the ingredients

BCAAs don't cause muscle soreness

Have been taking it right after a workout for a little over a month. I usually get really sore, but since drinking this I haven't had any pain. So I don't feel like I'm falling behind if I miss a training day because of sore muscles. As for the taste, I think it could be better, but it's not terrible, but I'll buy more if it means it doesn't hurt.

Pros
  • The Grind is sugar and stimulant free so you can use it any time of the day
Cons
  • Not reliable
