The box arrived damaged and the watch looked like it had been ripped from the insert holding it and the time was already set and there were no instructions

My son wore it straight to the beach and pool for two weeks. Today, without the alarm clock set, it squeaks uncontrollably and the screen flashes. I'm disappointed it didn't last longer. I was hoping to at least wait for the summer.

Bought this for my grandson. Didn't even last a month. The pin that attached the bracelet to the watch knocked out the hole it was held in, preventing the bracelet from being reattached to the watch. Made cheap. My grandson wasn't even rude to the watch when it broke. Very disappointed.

Perfect fit for my 4 year old with room to grow! He didn't take them off, they work great. Update: Super loafer, my son loves this watch and it fits him great but after just a week part of the watch broke off. He was very careful with it, he was also sick most of the week and didn't do much while wearing it. They are still functional but I feel that children's watches should be more durable, they shouldn't fall apart after a week of use.

Is this watch for kids? Then why is it that when my son dropped it from child height (didn't throw it off a building, about 3ft) one of the arms just fell off? I can't put it back in. This is supposed to be for kids, can you at least try to make it stand up to normal kids clothes?

My nine year old daughter loves the new He4 watch. She can't get the timer to start anymore so I have to re-read the instructions but she still loves it.

It's a good watch and worth the money, except for one thing: the alarm is too quiet. I bought them because they had three alarm settings and helped me remember when to take important medications throughout the day. But when the alarm went off, I didn't even hear her. This is a great little watch for my 6 year old son! He likes that he can read it (date and time), change the background color and start a timer.

I bought this for my son and he broke 5 days after giving it to him. The needle bent and fell out of his hand. His friend found him on the ground and brought him back.

Bought specifically for three alarm clocks. Set an alarm to remind you of daily tasks that my son needs to remember so he doesn't forget to do them. So far it's working like a charm!

I have these for all my kids, in different colors. We wanted to be able to set multiple timers for them. The watch was badly damaged and still works great. The purple color seems to get dirty all the time and doesn't look so good after a while.

My son really liked this watch. After about a week, some of the rows of numbers disappeared. Then a week later it started blinking and squeaking constantly. Couldn't stop, had to remove the battery. When we contacted product support to find out how to fix this, they informed us that the return period had expired. I wouldn't care.

Very disappointed. It was difficult to figure out the settings. He wore it 3 times for about 10 minutes because he said it was uncomfortable and now after 3 times the numbers are all messed up and cut off. I will try to get my $ back.

My son never takes this watch off his wrist. He uses it as a timer and alarm clock. He loves that he can just shower in it, which obviously comes in handy. Excellent purchase!

This watch was a present for my granddaughter. It had a good range of colors and I knew choosing an alarm clock would be interesting and challenging for them. She's never had a watch, and she and I don't worry if she accidentally gets wet. It was also nice and adjustable to fit her wrist.

Somehow in our excitement to get the watch we lost the instructions making setting the timer difficult but my clever husband managed. The watch is durable - my son has been using it every day for several months. Safely shuts down at the end of each break so he can return to his virtual activities in a timely manner.
