You can choose different thickness that fits the most according to your different needs. Premium Quality:Our Iron-On Adhesive is made of high quality TPU materials. Adhesive, strong fixation, easy to use, does not fall off when wet, does not contain peeling paper, can be used directly. It is solid and not adhesive at normal temperature, briefly heating it to start, convenient to store and use. Directions: The melting point of Hem Iron-On Adhesive is 90°C/194°F-110°C/230°F. Recommended temperature is 120°C/248°F-140°C/284°F. Operating pressure around 1.5-2.5kgf / m2, pressing time around 10-30 seconds, Iron-On Adhesive is going to melt under such conditions. This is NOT fabric

It's some kind of plastic, I couldn't figure out how it would work as a fabric repair and it came with no instructions. just throw it away save your money
