Great cat! for folding tables

I've had a Kotatsu since 2007, first importing a plastic one from Japan via eBay (which wasn't cheap, took months to ship and broke easily) and then a few modifications where I 'repurposed' the coffee tables . with the Kotatsu heater underneath. In short, compared to what I've had, this kotatsu is by far the best I've had (perhaps more of a comment on my building skills?). Looks good, sturdy, heavier than I expected (read: solid construction, which is a good thing!). The folding legs are a bitโ€ฆ

Warm, safe and high quality - a great multipurpose coffee/floor table for small spaces!

Excellent product, very well made! Now I have a small apartment in the basement and this kotatsu table is the perfect place to work, study or just keep warm! This is a great place to solve puzzles or grab a bite to eat with a friend. The wood and hardware sells incredibly (I appreciate the thick metal hinges and latches that allow the unit to fold - no risk of that thing slipping off!) and the heater is very warm, but not warm enough for you to I highly recommend bringing an Azumaya Kotatsuโ€ฆ

Easy to install, beautiful and warm.

I've had it for 30 minutes and I'm already in love. I'm sitting under my new roasted kotatsu as I write this review. I was visiting my friends in Japan earlier this year and fell in love with their kotatsu tables, so I knew I had to have one for myself when I came back to the States. I'm a very cold person in a house full of constantly hot people so I'll be using it year round. It came a day late but I think that's because the coronavirus has messed up delivery times from other countriesโ€ฆ
