I knew better but just did some PM on my boat, just waited 3 days, no sensor working, tested with spark test, and no not everything Reinstall Original and Puff Spark doesn't work. Don't waste your time with these wastes

Worked great but didn't quite match the wiring. Has an extra ground wire. Just run to the bottom along with the bottom under the distributor cap. Also, don't forget to remove the ground bolt on the distributor, otherwise you may break the bolt holding the sensor on the left side.

This part does not work! This stuff is straight from the factory! I installed it correctly and then replaced another part (shift breaker) that I don't need. I then spent $800 at the marina store to find out the part had been knocked out of the box. He came without instructions, although he had changed the type of grounding, and the other connections he expected the installer to make were short at best. I read somewhere that Amazon is now responsible for selling junk to such people! Well I guess

Mercruiser 5L engine stopped working but would start, sputter and stall.
