Stay Untethered

Already lost one. Made from very soft rubber and doesn't stick to the racquet (I installed it correctly, the little rubber teeth are facing up and grabbing the bottom horizontal string). Flew a few times over the course of a few months and was very difficult to find until lost forever.

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • Not the best

Very unreliable: Sport

I've played with it 3 times and lost once because it doesn't last. It has come off all three times, but this time I couldn't find it after it came off. I don't know how long the other will last, but in my experience it's only a matter of time. It is not worth.

Pros
  • Stable construction
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Excellent but a bit expensive

Excellent shock absorbers - even on a Wilson Prostaff racquet. They also look good on my Babolat racquets. One bounced off the first time I played with it and I came back two days later and found it. The way to the damper was worth it. It is better not to use rubber bands as shock absorbers. They are slightly more expensive.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Can't figure out what orientation you should use it in

The damper only fits with the Babolat lettering on the side parallel to the main strings which is odd. If you rotate it 90 degrees so that the Babolat rotates left to right, the internal width of the damper becomes too large and the main strings are pushed out to the side. I've been playing for 30 years, but for the first time I didn't come up with a vibration dampener.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • A bit torn
