I bought this product from another online seller for my Baby Jogger. The pump valve is not connected to the wheel valve. I've tried every possible combination with the nozzle that the pump came with. When I called Babyjogger to ask for directions as there was no pump all I got was a message from the machine. Customer service is as flat as my tires. Invest in a real pump. This piece of junk.

I've sent this back three times already. You need to remove the gray cap from the end, remove the tube inside, screw it into the pump itself, and then screw the end of the tube onto the tire valve stem. The problem is that the hose does not screw into the pump. Keeps failing. I can feel some small ridges in the pump so it can grab the hose but it doesn't. The pump opening is too large.
