I use this bag as a diaper bag. I have tried many varieties and this is my favourite. It's not bulky or huge but it contains everything I need for my 3 year old and my child. The main compartment has a zip closure at the back, so I keep my wallet and keys in this pocket. Inside it has many pockets and zippers

I love this backpack! It's small but still fits everything I need for a day on the town (water bottle, wallet, umbrella, power bank, small sweater and more!). The only downside I would say is that one of the zippers doesn't work very well and seems to break eventually which is a bit disappointing for the price. However, I've used it many times and it's holding up well.

I bought this bag for my wife for Christmas and she loves it. It's a beautiful throwback and now she wears it everywhere. After a few weeks, one of the small zippers in the bag's inner compartment stopped working. I contacted customer service, sent some photos and they sent us a brand new bag. Your response time was excellent and a good example of quality customer service.

Bought before a big international trip. So glad I did! I have used it as a diaper bag, airplane bag and handbag. Very safe (money pocket on the back in a large section) when we were in less safe parts of the world. I just wish the side pockets were a little bigger so it's easier to hold a water bottle. Both backpack straps broke after less than six months of regular use. Unusable as a backpack, waste of money. The shoulder strap is too long and feels uncomfortable because it hangs down sideways too far and the shoulder strap does not stay on the shoulder - constant slipping. I would not buy again. Oh my god I friggin love this bag. Holds what I want on the back and only opens two sticky finger pockets. I would like the extra strap to be adjustable, but at the same time it's a pretty good quality strap, if you adjust it it will probably look cheap. The metal fittings are thick. The zippers are good.
