We had this ball at the moment, even 30 days it can deflate a bit so then we have it inflated with air, and it's great when inflated with air. Helps kids learn where to put their hands when shooting. If you are working with older kids I think this might be overkill but I have trained 6 to 7 year olds and it has really helped. This is a fundamental idea, so it's important to implement it properly. The quality of the balls purchased is good, there are no complaints. Years later when my kids have outgrown them they are still in good shape despite quite a bit of use.
