I live in Saskatchewan where we've had -40 for over 14 straight days. These boots are perfect! Easy to put on for my 6 year old and very warm! Love her!

I bought them to keep me warm during the cold and wet winter. I went up a size based on the reviews and think it was a good choice as the boot is slim fitting. They are definitely waterproof and warm.

We bought 2 pairs of Baffin boots for our kids with long term quality in mind. The rubber cover is good but the felt inside is really of poor quality, it pierced in 2 weeks. I managed to get an exchange (abnormal wear) but a new pair starts to wear out after 2 weeks. Frustrated with the durability of the boot, the felt should be changed. I wish they would last all winter, if the felt breaks we will use it as water boots next summer.

Their quality is reliable - they have a very warm lining and an excellent waterproof and abrasion-resistant outer surface. However, they are so incredibly tight that they never fit my little one's feet. I bought two sizes larger than she normally wears hoping they will last. I bought them a size up for my daughter and the insole is so narrow that I can't put it on her foot even if I take it out of the boot. Super disappointed.

I really like the idea of this boot, but the wool insert that keeps the small foot warm is too small! My kid is a size 8 so I bought him a size 9 to grow up this winter. There's no way he gets his foot into the wool insole, even if I take it out of the boot. It's too narrow, although quite long. If I take it out and put the boot on without the liner, the boot is too big! I'm not even sure if a size 10 would fit just because the insole is so oddly shaped for a toddler's foot.

I hope they fit my daughter, unfortunately my son couldn't use them because they were too tight and his feet are not too fat!

The size increased, but still did not fit. Get at least two sizes, and if your child has wide feet, don't worry, they won't fit.

I love these boots, they fit great, are waterproof, have a drawstring that can be tightened BUT after only 4 months of use one of them has developed a large hole in the top part of the boot. Very disappointed with the quality.

Great boots until they're worn out. Didn't even last a season. They are too expensive to wear out so quickly. I went out today to buy new boots for the rest of the season as my son gets wet feet every time he goes outside.

The inner lining is very tight. Even in size it was ridiculously small. We went for the Kamik style instead, which was a much better fit.

These boots are amazing. Very warm and 100% waterproof. The inner layer does not slip out when you take your foot out like many boots do. We recommend.

My girl loves this. Good quality, nice color, fast delivery, warm boots. Also, in spring, when your feet get a size bigger, you can take out the inner shoe and use it as a rubber boot. Win!

I'm glad they added a sizing chart this year which was difficult to order last year. I ordered a pair for my daughter last year and she lived in them all winter and spring. So I ordered a larger pair for this winter.

Ordered a size up for the second time and still small! The felt insoles are too tight for my little boy's foot. I removed the liners and put the foot in properly (after cutting most of the stitches on the narrow felt) it's so hard to get them back into the boot. Not suitable for 15 months old or infants! So disappointed! And even at -3° the feet were freezing.

These boots just arrived. I ordered these for my son who was originally a child size 12. I listened to the feedback to order two sizes up and got a size 1. They were absolutely huge for my son. I ended up gifting them to my daughter who is now a size 1 and they fit her perfectly. The insulation does prevent them from inserting the foot but once in it is true to size. It just requires patience from your child and once they understand how to move their leg properly, they will be fine.

My son has been wearing them for just over a month and the protector is already worn out and there are holes at the bottom. Never had a pair of boots with it. Disappointing price paid

GOOD REVIEWS HAVE TO BE WRONG. DO NOT BUY THESE BOOTS TO USE THE LINING. The real shoe is amazing. But only for rain because the liner is so small that only a newborn will fit in it and that is a size 7 baby. My son is a size 6 for reference. So size 7 should fit him perfectly. He couldn't even get his foot out of his boot. Don't buy for a winter liner or for a winter boot. A complete waste of my money, a hassle to return and this is a BIG DESIGN FAILURE. It can't be that they are true to size…

My son loves these boots! He wants to wear them all the time! He tends to be quite rough in boots. We live on a farm and he plays outside a lot! He wore them for about a month with heavy wear. They still look and feel like new! We are very satisfied!

If you order 2 sizes bigger for a small child (because there is an insole (+1) and the child's feet are growing (+1)), the small winter boot is great and perfect. When spring arrives, your child can take out the insole and wear it like a rubber boot (since their feet have grown). Two for the price of one.
