I love this frame bag so I bought 1 for each of my (3) bikes. I put all my tire fitting gear in one bag so everything is in one place. Inner tubes, tire pump, repair kit, CO2 blower and everything else related to the bike. This frees up space in my trunk for other things and allows me to stow all my tires in one place. The bag has 3 zippers, one on each side and one on the bottom so access is very easy.

This bag is great - the quality is better than expected and it fits nicely under the top tube. I've tried a "gas tank" style bag that runs behind the stem (above the top tube) but found that it forces me to bend my legs to release the bag on steep climbs. The elastic is a nice addition to keep the pressure on the belt constant. There is no need to over-tighten the straps.
