🎿 Bagdent Universal Cross Country Ski Holder - 1 Pair, Nordic Ski Pole Carrier Review

Simple but effective. For some reason I thought they were stiffer, but they are more like hard rubber than plastic. They're flexible enough to slide on easily, but strong enough to have a strong hold and hold everything together when separated. I was about to buy a bag but I'm so glad I found it. They make storing, transporting and carrying my cross-country skis much easier.

So far, so good. Inserting the skis was easy, inserting the poles a bit more difficult, but still not that difficult. The plastic was very flexible in the summer heat, hopefully it will be the same in the winter as it flexed a bit to get the chopsticks into the plastic. That's the only thing that bothers me about these holders. I really like how everything fits together, it's very convenient and a lot cheaper than buying a bag for a family of skiers.

Here's the problem: the mounts and clamps that hold the skis are SO HERE and limit where they can be attached ie. Too far apart. If they weren't SO STRONG, it would be possible to attach them tighter to each other. But you can't. Therefore, when you try to attach the bars, the baskets get in the way. If it were possible to get the clips closer it wouldn't be a problem. But you can't. My wife has similar clips that are thirty years old but they work. It's sad when the production of simple items…

I received it very quickly. I bought them to take with me on a ski trip. I was attaching the skis, then when I tried to set up the poles, the tip broke off. Very disappointed with this product. I will return them. I contacted the company to see what they would do about it. I will update my rating once I return the item. Update: I changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars. I have bought other products that claim to be straps or holders for cross country skis but most of these are for alpine skis and are only sold as if they actually work with narrow cross country skis would skis. However, this product seems to be actually designed for cross-country skiing. That works great! I can't attach my sticks to it just because my sticks are 1980's and the baskets are HUGE.
