🌺 Bain de Terre Passion Flower Color Preserving Shampoo & Conditioner 33.8 fl oz. Review

NOT the real Bain de Terre. I compared to the product I bought at the salon. Conditioner liquid and liquid. Salon product is very thick. The product came with a plastic cap that was torn enough to allow the bottles to be taken out. Apparently the contents have been replaced with another product or heavily diluted. Don't buy if you want the real product! Will return!

When my new purchase arrived I had some of my old products left over to compare. My hairdresser bought me the old shampoo and conditioner at the specialty store where she buys all her products. My purchase from Revain was so similar in smell and texture that I couldn't tell them apart. I have no reason to believe that a Revain product is any different than a product purchased directly from a beauty store.

I've bought this a few times from this supplier and the first time I thought it was the same product I've been buying from a salon for years. But after that I noticed that the conditioner became runny and not like it was before. I had to agree with others. I think this product has changed, and not for the better. Unfortunately I bought it again in my showroom. The shampoo seemed adequate but the conditioner didn't. So I would not recommend.

I found this product at a salon a few years ago when I was coloring my hair and they used that on me. My hair is long, fine, and thin, and it gets ridiculously silly tangles almost immediately after brushing. Everything changed with this stuff. I love the smell and my hair is so soft and silky after using it. I can actually comb through my hair without tons of tangles and tangles. If I could recommend this to anyone on the planet, I would.

It smells really good and the shampoo seems really good but the conditioner is SO WATERY which makes me think its not a real product. I have thick but not too dry hair and I put on a TON of conditioner but it didn't seem to have any effect. I'm sure my conditioner runs out four times faster than my shampoo, so I'm sure I'll switch to something else pretty quickly. I have been using this brand and type of shampoo/conditioner for 2-3 years and even bought it from this seller before. What I received in January 2019 was definitely not authentic. The smell is fake and both the shampoo and conditioner leave marks on my hair that are totally not from the real product. Not cool Raven.
