I love this pizza board! I use it to put homemade pizza on top after taking it out of the oven. It's light and large in diameter as I'm making a 16 inch pizza. I recommend lubricating it with mineral oil to keep it from splintering at the end as my Northeast winters dry out with the wood stove running.

I needed a good pizza topper to put pizza dough in a small pizza oven. Many of them are made of bamboo, but this one made of cherry caught my eye. It also has a better beveled edge than the others, which should make it easier to take the pizza out of the oven. Others seemed to be too thick at the edge. I was very happy with what I received and it is both a work of art and functional. I received it 2 days after ordering.

I bought the 16" GOURMET version. That is beautiful. I then bought a 14" GOURMET version (made from cherry wood) and they sent a duller, lower quality basswood version. It hurts to go back and it's such a bunch I don't know how to get the right one. Update - I didn't realize one would arrive oiled and the other unoiled. All I had to do was apply food grade mineral oil and it looked like the first one.

Love this bowl. Not only is this a beautiful, well-made scrub, but it works great and is easy to store due to its size. I had a hard time finding a bowl this size with a short handle that was easy to store. I didn't want to pay $50 but it was worth it in the end.
