A well thought-out basis for the fuel filter, on the other hand, can be found.

Well designed fuel filter base but finding the type of inlet/outlet connection was another challenge. As it turns out, the counterpart is an ORB 7/8-14 (mm) male thread (O-ring). This information must be stamped or stamped on the part.

Unnecessary fittings

Alright, the filter does its job but the 7/8" UNF or (-10AN) fittings are not required by PITA. The Derale 13070 Fuel Filter/Water Separator Kit looks a lot simpler to get out and install Comes with fittings and 1/2" NPT are easy to come by. Otherwise, Summit Racing has fittings for Baldwin or your local hydraulic shop. Much luck.

Yes it is FB1311

Purchased as a direct replacement for the same base in the diesel fuel filter. The fuel filter is worn and glued to the original base. After breaking two filter wrenches and then crushing the filter with a strap wrench, I replace the base. So be sure to apply anti-seize to the threads in a non-oil application or else you'll write a review.
