BALEAF Lightweight Pocketed Walking Activewear Review

I have Baleaf joggers that I love so I was hoping for these shorts. The material is super soft and comfortable. Deep pockets to carry your phone around the house. The problem is that the elastic waistband is quite thick and very stiff, and although I bought the M for my 5ft 3in; 140 pounds, uncomfortable to carry all day. Also, the belt unrolls after about an hour of wearing. I wish I could go back but washed and worn.

I received a pair of mid black shorts as a gift but they were too tight in the waist so I ordered the same brand in a large size (but grey) so I could compare. I liked the big gray shorts better so I ordered a new pair of black plus sizes. When they arrived I found that the new large black pair was almost as tight as the middle pair. When I lined up the large black pair with the gray it became even clearer that they are not the same size. I love gray but unfortunately the sizes don't match…

I love almost everything about these shorts, they have good deep pockets and are generally comfortable, however the waistband is a bit of an issue. The waist is smaller than expected, I bought a medium size and everything else fits perfectly, but the waist is too tight. The biggest problem with a waist belt is that after only two socks, the top will start to wrinkle and lose its shape. Wow! These shorts would have been rated 4-5 stars if it wasn't for the very uncomfortable elasticated waist. When I tried them on they seemed to fit, but I noticed that the elastic at the waist was very tight. I expected them to come loose after wearing them a few times, but no.
