I am almost 41 years old, have two children, but I love to run. I had to part with my little 2.5-3 inch shorts and they are great. They offer a little more protection, large side pockets and stay in place. I have a 5"4, 140 and bought a large. I love them so much I bought two pairs!

True to size and very comfortable. My iPhone fits perfectly in my pocket, and since the pocket has a zipper, I don't have to worry about it falling out or bouncing when running or hiking. It exceeded my expectations. It's also worth noting that I don't like wearing shorts, so this review comes from a harsh reviewer.

I usually wear medium so I ordered these but they seem very small as they are very tight. I'm 5ft 6in and 125lbs so medium should have been fine; All of my Columbia shorts are medium in size and fit perfectly. In addition, the material is very thin, which I am not satisfied with. return these.

I liked how they looked and felt (back pockets were weird but not critical). Less than a month later, however, they tore at the bias tape on the inside of the thigh and continued around the back of the leg. I don't see a way to fix them so they're messed up now which is a shame. I expected them to last a lot longer. Unfortunately in my opinion they are too inferior to be worth the money even though they were cheap. I'm disappointed!

Good quality material and comfortable but I don't like the way it fits. The belt fits well but the leg openings are very large and ugly. I also didn't like that the pockets go *back* to the buttocks. I guess they minimize impact when running or other jumping sports, and the zippered pocket is big enough for a Pixel 3 phone. I personally didn't like these shorts enough to keep. You might like this - worth a try if you like loose shorts with pockets.

These are my new favorite workout shorts. They fit my iPhone 11 and are very comfortable. The only problem I have is that it's a bit difficult to walk around with my phone in my pocket. But that's because of the phone's weight, not the shorts. (You can always tie them with a drawstring if the weight of your phone is dragging your shorts down.) I bought these because they have a zip pocket. I should have sent them back but I've already worn them. The pockets are sewn in so that they come out on the back. It is strange! But it wouldn't be useless if they weren't so tiny! In my other shorts (BA Leaf) I can carry cloths, mask, phone, etc. But these are too small.
