    NO rope to pull the blinds up and down, have to return defective order, I've never had a blind without a rope to pull the rope up and down.

    I was surprised by the high quality of these blinds. We liked them so much we bought 2 more They are easy to install, look great and are easy to open.

    Not bad! Pretty good!

    It's sad that you can no longer use manual blinds due to lawsuits around the world, but for what it's worth, that's fine. They're a little slow to come back, but I'm sure they'll get better with some use

    Empty box immediately!

    Please don't repeat my mistake. Due to health reasons, I was unable to raise the blinds when they arrived. I didn't think I needed to open and check the hardware. The box was sealed. Finally ready to install the blinds but mounting hardware was not included. Too long to return.

    Difficulty with horizontal blinds

    I bought one for my bedroom window. I was able to mount it. The second one I ordered was impossible to assemble, I even watched me assemble the first one, I got so angry I threw the whole thing in the trash. What junk. I think I'll go to Wal-Mart and buy another one off the shelf.

    Always wrong. for home accessories

    Well made and looks very durable but the blinds are always crooked. Typically 1 1/2-2" lower on one side than the other for a 24" tall window. If you lift the curtain and pull it down a few times, putting more force on the top, you can bring it closer to level, but the next time the curtain is used it will warp again.
