5-pc Nonstick Cookware Set by Ballarini Click & Cook, Expertly Made in Italy Review

This is a decent little 3 piece set. The non-stick surface works well (like all new non-stick pots and pans) and the sizes are nice. The frying pan arrived with a broken handle - it is detachable and one of the plastic tabs appears to have been broken in transit. Certainty doesn't say much about packaging and at this price point I wonder why I even bother with plastic. This set didn't impress me. I know it has to be a good quality brand but this line has to be a budget line. Looks and feels like cheaper cookware. There is nothing about them that would betray quality. The grips are more of a disadvantage than an advantage in my opinion. The handles are plastic and look very cheap. It is very difficult to unlock, flip or fold as it is a small sliding lever. You can't just tap with your fingertip. And if you have nails like me, it looks like you might break your

Updated 5/6/2019. During the investigation, the goods were described as ceramic goods. I don't remember mentioning that it's a Keravis non-stick coating. I have now read that the Keravis coating is similar to Teflon and has PTFE. While this works well I personally avoid Teflon coatings and am very disappointed as I thought the hob was ceramic and had no idea it had a coating like Keravis or Teflon.
