Ordered 4 packs and 2 tubes, not even one balm came out. I bought these because their ads speak directly to other products that are cheaply built and will work. Doesn't look like the real product delivers at all. Everything looks good with the ones that work, but getting a product that only works 1/2 times is not normal.
