This is the only tofu press that comes with a set of moulds, so a good deal. The video helped a lot with assembly, printed instructions were included. It only took about 15-20 minutes to squeeze the water out of the tofu block. Bamboo is durable and I've used it multiple times with no issues with expansion, shrinkage, or cracking. The drip tray was deep enough to catch excess water from the tofu.

Purchased on 02/18/21. Used twice. I liked it after the first time. After several uses, the bottom tray layered. Split right down the middle. Along where two pieces of wood were joined. After using this device twice, it became unusable. Revain tells me the return deadline is 3/25/21. I've made wonderful tofu several times with this tofu press. Assembly is easy, cleaning is easy and I love that it's made out of bamboo and not plastic.
